PERSONAL DETAILS OF EMPLOYEES AND CANDIDATES

Personal data is collected from our employees and candidates. Details collected will include name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number, bank details, qualifications, sex, telephone number and work history. We may also hold your employment terms and conditions , employment history with us, any training undertaken, and any disiplinary or health issues you may have had.

The holding of this data is necessary for the following reasons:

  • To ensure we comply with our legal obligations to HMRC and other third parties arising from your employment contract.
  • To ensure our obligations to you under your employment contract are met.
  • For candidates, to ensure we can process your application properly.

OPTION TO OPT IN TO COMMUNICATIONS

We may collect personal information from individuals utilising our website and wish to send newsletters and other material. We can, however, only process this personal information if you consent to receive such material from us by opting in.
